The consumption or the carrying of alcohol is forbidden on any transport provided by the Club.

The use of foul or abusive language and the singing of political or religious songs is forbidden.

It is each member’s responsibility to ensure that their name is on the bus and/or ticket list for the next away game.

Failure to notify the Committee of non-attendance for away games, after stating that a seat on the bus is required, will result in the member being liable for the appropriate fare for that journey.

The bus will leave at the time stated by the Committee.

It is each member’s responsibility to ensure he or she applies for tickets for an all-ticket match through the Club at least 25 days prior to the match.

All monies for home match tickets must be paid for at the time of ordering. Tickets for away matches are paid for on the day of the match. Members will be notified of any changes to these arrangements for particular games i.e. Cup games.

If a member orders a ticket, then changes his or her mind the member will, in the event of the Club being unable to sell the ticket, be liable for it’s full cost.

Ticket allocation to matches where the number of tickets obtained is less than the number demanded; the Clubs ticket allocation will be allocated to those members who travel most regularly on Club buses to away matches. The distribution will be by ballot.

It is the responsibility of a member to ensure that any guests of theirs are familiar with the byelaws, and that they adhere to them.

Failure to adhere to the byelaws of the Club may lead to disciplinary action being taken by the Executive Committee.
