To order merchandise, print off and complete the order form.

Remember to enter the quantity required, calculate the total order value and put you name on the form.

Hand in or send the form, along with payment, to Boise Allan. Cheques should be made payable to 'Rainbow Hearts Supporters Club'. Garments will be distributed within 28 days.
